All cameras, NVRs and DVRs come with a 3-year back-to-base manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Hard drives and accessories are covered as set out in our Warranty Policy.
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $300 AUD, Australia-wide. Orders under $300 ship at a flat rate of $25, calculated at checkout. Tracking is included on every order.
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are different: we cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no charge. Order before 2pm (Sydney time) on a business day and in-stock items are dispatched the same day. Metro delivery usually takes 2–4 business days. Regional areas may take longer. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

The Hikvision DS-2CE57H8T-VPITF is a 5 MP Turbo HD outdoor dome that upgrades an analog CCTV system to high definition over the existing coaxial cabling - no new network wiring needed. It runs over coax to a DVR, switches between TVI, AHD, CVI and CVBS signals, and adds ultra-low-light imaging, 130 dB WDR and EXIR infrared up to 30 m in a vandal-resistant IP67, IK10 housing.

Orders ship from our Sydney warehouse, or from one of our other warehouses depending on stock, so your order arrives sooner. We never drop-ship from overseas — everything is Australian stock, packed and sent locally.
How long does delivery take?
Order before 2pm (Sydney time) on a business day and in-stock items are dispatched the same day. Metro delivery usually takes 2–4 business days. Regional areas may take longer. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are different: we cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no charge.
