Standard shipping is free on all orders over $300 AUD, Australia-wide. Orders under $300 ship at a flat rate of $25, calculated at checkout. Tracking is included on every order.
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are different: we cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no charge. Orders ship from our Sydney warehouse, or from one of our other warehouses depending on stock, so your order arrives sooner. We never drop-ship from overseas — everything is Australian stock, packed and sent locally.
How long does delivery take?
Order before 2pm (Sydney time) on a business day and in-stock items are dispatched the same day. Most orders arrive within 1–4 business days Australia-wide; remote and regional areas can take a little longer. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are different: we cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no charge.
