Installation Requirements
1. Power: PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at, max 24 W) or 12V DC. 2. Cable: Cat5e or Cat6, max 100 m. Use shielded cable if near power lines. 3. Mounting: Pole mount, wall mount, or pendant. Camera weighs 2.45 kg — ensure the bracket supports at least 5 kg with wind load. Use the optional pendant mount for ceiling installations. 4. Does it need PoE+ or will regular PoE work?
It needs PoE+ (802.3at) because the motor draws up to 24 W. Standard PoE (802.3af, 15 W) is not enough.

Can it track people automatically?
Yes. Smart tracking follows a moving person or vehicle. After the target leaves the frame, the camera returns to its preset position.

What is the zoom range in practical terms?
At the wide end (4.8 mm), you see about 53° — enough to cover a wide area. Fully zoomed (120 mm), you can read a car plate from about 50–80 m away in good light.

Is the 4 MP resolution enough at 25× zoom?
Yes for most applications. At full zoom the field of view is very narrow, so 4 MP captures plenty of detail in the small area you are looking at.

Does it have a microSD slot?
Yes, supports up to 256 GB. Good for edge recording if the NVR connection drops.
