This Return and Refund Policy is issued by POWERCX PTY LTD (trading as Smarket), an Australian company with its principal place of business at 15/3 Clyde St Rydalmere NSW 2116, Australia

1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy for "change of mind" returns, calculated from the date you receive your item.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Change of Mind)

To be eligible for a return due to change of mind (non-faulty), your item must be:

  • Unopened and Factory Sealed: All original seals must be intact.

  • Unused: The item must be in 100% resalable condition.

  • Proof of Purchase: Accompanied by the receipt or order number.

3. Restocking Fees

Please note that "change of mind" returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee to cover administrative and warehouse costs.

  • This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Return

Contact our support team at sales@smarket.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Approved returns should be sent to: Smarket, 15/3 Clyde St Rydalmere NSW 2116, Australia (Please do not send items back without prior authorization.)

5. Return Shipping

Faulty/Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label via email.

Change of Mind: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items opened, installed, or configured (unless faulty).

  • Items damaged by misuse or user error (e.g., bricked by firmware).

  • Items without original packaging.

7. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt and inspection, credited to your original payment method.

8. Australian Consumer Law Rights

Our policy does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement for major faults, which takes precedence over this policy where applicable.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a solution (refund or replacement) at no cost to you.
