1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed during public holidays or high-demand periods may experience slight delays.

3. Shipping Options and Costs

  • Standard Shipping: $25.00 AUD (Flat Rate).

    • Estimated Delivery: 5-10 business days.

    • Tracking included.

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $300 AUD within Australia.

4. Delivery Information

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

  • A signature may be required upon delivery.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

We want to ensure you receive your security equipment safely. If your order is significantly delayed or tracking indicates it may be lost, please contact us at sales@smarket.com.au.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. If the carrier confirms the package is lost in transit, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges will apply for redelivery.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package appears damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days as per our Return Policy.
