What is the warranty period for your cameras?
Our cameras come with a standard warranty of 3 years, covering manufacturing defects and hardware issues. Extended warranty options are also available — please contact us for details.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders directly from our warehouses in Sydney, Australia. We do not drop ship from overseas, ensuring you get your products fast and with full local support.
How much is shipping?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $300 AUD Australia-wide. For orders under $300, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, generally 5–10 business days Australia-wide.
Are your products genuine Australian stock?
Yes, 100%. We source our products through established Australian supply chains, ensuring all items are genuine Australian-spec models with full local warranty support.
Will these cameras work with my existing NVR?
Most of our Hikvision and Dahua cameras support the ONVIF protocol, making them compatible with many third-party NVRs. However, for the best performance and access to all AI features, we recommend using cameras and NVRs from the same brand.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for faulty items under warranty. For "change of mind" returns, please contact us within 30 days. Items must be unopened and in original packaging. A restocking fee may apply. See our full Refund Policy for details.
