What the DH-IPC-T363H-MU is

The HiLook IPC-T363H-MU is a 6MP Pro turret camera built for people who want colour night footage and intelligent detection without stepping up to a flagship price. Its 1/2.4 inch CMOS sensor captures 3200 by 1800 detail with 120 dB WDR to handle backlight and mixed lighting at entries and driveways.

Smart Hybrid Light is the standout feature. By default the camera runs in discreet infrared, then when motion is detected it switches on a white LED to capture full-colour footage, showing vehicle colours, clothing and facial detail that disappear in standard black-and-white night recordings. Both the IR and the white light reach up to 30 m, and you can set the camera to stay in colour, stay in IR, or switch automatically on detection to suit the position.

AcuSense deep-learning analytics classify movement as human or vehicle, so alerts and recording follow people and cars rather than pets, foliage or weather, and the camera works with an AcuSense NVR for fast target-based search. A built-in microphone records audio with the video; there is a microphone but no built-in speaker, so it captures sound rather than offering two-way talk.

It is an IP67-rated outdoor camera that runs on PoE (802.3af, about 6.5 W) or 12 VDC over a single cable and records to a microSD card or to a HiLook or Hikvision NVR. It is supplied with a fixed lens, so choose the mounting position for the field of view you need.

What's in the box

The IPC-T363H-MU turret camera, mounting base and screw pack, a waterproofing gland for the network connector and a quick start guide. A PoE switch or injector, network cable, microSD card and any junction box or bracket are not included.

Installation requirements

Mount the camera to a wall or eave, ideally 2.5 to 3 m high, angled down over the area you want to watch, and run Cat5e or Cat6 back to a PoE switch or a HiLook/Hikvision NVR (IEEE 802.3af, about 6.5 W per camera). Seal the connector with the supplied gland for outdoor use. Choose the light mode (colour, IR, or switch on detection), enable AcuSense and draw detection zones in the app or NVR, then test before leaving site.

Frequently asked about the DH-IPC-T363H-MU

Q.01

How does Smart Hybrid Light give colour night vision?
By default the camera records in infrared to stay discreet. When it detects motion it switches on a white LED to capture full-colour footage, so you see vehicle colours, clothing and faces that black-and-white IR loses. You can set it to stay in colour, stay in IR, or switch automatically on detection, which lets you run colour at the front of the property and quiet IR on side or rear positions.

How far does the night vision reach?
Both the infrared and the white supplement light reach up to 30 m, which covers a typical driveway, yard or frontage. In IR mode the image is black and white; when the white light fires on detection, the footage is full colour out to the same range.

Does it have AcuSense AI and what does it do?
Yes. AcuSense is HiLook's deep-learning detection that classifies movement as a human or a vehicle, so the camera alerts and records on people and cars rather than on pets, insects or moving trees. With an AcuSense NVR you can also search recordings by people or vehicles, which makes finding an incident much faster.

Does it record audio or have two-way talk?
It has a built-in microphone that records audio alongside the video, but no built-in speaker, so it does not offer two-way talk. It captures sound rather than letting you speak back through the camera.

Will the white light annoy my neighbours at night?
It does not have to stay on. Because the white light is tied to detection by default, it only fires when something is detected rather than burning all night. You can also adjust or disable the white light, restrict it by schedule, or keep the camera in IR mode on positions near a boundary, then use full colour where deterrence matters.

How is it powered and which NVRs does it suit?
It runs on PoE using the 802.3af standard with a low draw of about 6.5 W, so one Cat5e or Cat6 cable carries power and data from a switch or NVR, or on a 12 VDC supply. It is ONVIF compliant and works with HiLook and Hikvision NVRs; use an AcuSense NVR to get target-based search.

Is the lens adjustable and is it weatherproof?
It is a fixed-lens model, so you set the field of view by where you mount it; for remote zoom adjustment choose a motorised camera instead. It carries an IP67 rating against dust and rain for outdoor mounting, and positioning it under an eave still helps cut direct sun and glare on the lens.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are different: we cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no charge.
