You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed and in resalable condition. Network Connection: Cat5e or Cat6 Ethernet cable with UV-rated outdoor jacket for external runs, supporting up to 100-metre cable distance at full 6MP performance. 3. Mounting Surface: Solid wall or eave surface capable of supporting 515g camera weight, with recommended mounting height between 2.5-3.5 metres and 15-30° downward tilt for optimal facial recognition.
App Setup
1. Download the free Hik-Connect app from Google Play or Apple App Store and create an account for remote access without ongoing subscription fees. 2. What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are different: we cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no charge.
