This HiLook 6MP Pro Series kit pairs four IPC-T363H-MU full-colour night imaging turret cameras with a 4-channel PoE NVR — a step up in night performance for a home or small business. Each Pro turret records 6MP detail and, when motion is detected at night, switches from infrared to a white light to capture the scene in full colour to about 30 metres. Built-in dual microphones add audio recording, AcuSense keeps alerts relevant, and IP67 metal housings handle the weather. The 4-port PoE recorder powers all four cameras over a single cable each.

What the IPC-T363H-MU is

This HiLook 6MP Pro Series kit is a four-camera turret system for people who want better night footage without going all the way to a constant white light.

Four IPC-T363H-MU Pro turret cameras run from a HiLook NVR-104MH-C/4P, a 4-channel recorder with four built-in PoE ports, so every camera connects over a single network cable.

The Pro turret's headline feature is full-colour night imaging.

By default the camera uses infrared at night to stay discreet, but when it detects motion it can switch on a white light to capture that moment in full colour to about 30 metres — useful detail like clothing and vehicle colour, only when something is happening.

Each camera records 6MP by day, carries built-in dual microphones for audio, and uses AcuSense to classify people and vehicles so alerts stay relevant.

The IP67 metal housings handle Australian weather and H.265+ keeps recordings efficient.

Two honest notes.

The recorder ships without a hard drive, so add a surveillance-grade drive sized to four cameras; a 4TB drive is a common starting point and the NVR takes a single drive up to 8TB.

And this is a 4-channel kit with four cameras, so all ports are used — moving up to an 8-channel recorder is the path to more cameras; the same cameras are offered as a six-camera, 8-channel kit if you know you need the room.

The turrets have dual microphones but no speaker, so they record audio without talk-back.

What's in the box

Four IPC-T363H-MU Pro turret cameras, one NVR-104MH-C/4P recorder and mounting accessories with guides. A hard drive, network cables and a monitor are supplied separately.

Installation requirements

Mount each turret over the area you want, run one network cable from each to the NVR's PoE ports, and fit a surveillance-grade hard drive before recording. Set up in the HiLookVision app or on a monitor, enable AcuSense and the hybrid-light behaviour, and test each view and the night mode before relying on it.

Frequently asked about the IPC-T363H-MU

Q.01

Is a hard drive included with this Pro kit?
No. The NVR-104MH-C/4P is supplied without a hard drive so you can match storage to your needs. Add a surveillance-grade WD Purple or Seagate Skyhawk; a 4TB drive is a common starting point for four cameras recording continuously, and the recorder takes a single drive up to 8TB.

How does full-colour night imaging night vision work?
By default the IPC-T363H-MU uses infrared at night and records in black and white to stay discreet. When it detects motion it can switch on a white light to capture that event in full colour to about 30 metres. You get colour detail when it matters without a light burning all night.
Q.03

Is this the same as the constant full-colour cameras like the T269?
No. The T363H goes to colour only when motion triggers the white light, then returns to infrared. The all-in-one T269 and T289 cameras stay in full colour all night and add a red and blue strobe and siren for active deterrence. The T363H Pro turret is about better recording, not loud deterrence.

Do the cameras have two-way audio?
They have built-in dual microphones that record sound, but no speaker, so there is no talk-back. For two-way audio and active deterrence, look at the T269 or T289 all-in-one camera kits.

Can I add more cameras later?
This is a 4-channel recorder with four cameras, so all ports are in use. To add more cameras you would move up to an 8-channel recorder. The same Pro turret is also sold as a six-camera kit on an 8-channel NVR if you want the room from the start.

How are the cameras powered and viewed?
Each camera runs on a single PoE cable from the recorder's four built-in ports. For remote viewing and alerts, set up the free HiLookVision app and Hik-Connect for live view, playback and push notifications.

Are the cameras weatherproof for outdoor use?
Yes. The IPC-T363H-MU carries an IP67-rated metal housing for rain, dust, heat and sun. The kit is genuine HiLook stock with a local 3-year warranty and support.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are different: we cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no charge.
