Description

This HiLook 6MP Pro Series kit pairs six IPC-T363H-MU full-colour night imaging turret cameras with an 8-channel PoE NVR — wider coverage for a larger home or a small-to-medium business. Each Pro turret records 6MP detail and, when motion is detected at night, switches from infrared to a white light to capture the scene in full colour to about 30 metres. Built-in dual microphones add audio recording, AcuSense keeps alerts relevant, and IP67 metal housings handle the weather. The 8-port PoE recorder powers all six cameras over a single cable each and leaves two channels free.

What the IPC-T363H-MU is

This HiLook 6MP Pro Series kit gives wider coverage with six cameras and an 8-channel recorder — the right size for a larger home with several approaches or a small-to-medium business across a floor and a yard.

Six IPC-T363H-MU Pro turret cameras run from a HiLook NVR-108MH-C/8P, which has eight built-in PoE ports, so every camera connects over a single network cable that carries power and data.

The Pro turret's headline feature is full-colour night imaging.

By default each camera uses infrared at night to stay discreet, but when it detects motion it can switch on a white light to capture that moment in full colour to about 30 metres — colour detail like clothing and vehicles, only when something is happening.

Each camera records 6MP by day, carries built-in dual microphones for audio, and uses AcuSense to classify people and vehicles so six channels' worth of alerts stay relevant rather than constant.

The IP67 metal housings handle Australian weather and H.265+ keeps the streams efficient.

Two honest notes.

The recorder ships without a hard drive — for six cameras recording continuously a 4TB surveillance drive is a sensible minimum, with 6TB preferred for longer retention; the NVR takes a single drive up to 8TB.

And while the recorder is 8-channel, this kit uses six of those channels, leaving two spare for more cameras later.

The turrets have dual microphones but no speaker, so they record audio without talk-back.

What's in the box

Six IPC-T363H-MU Pro turret cameras, one NVR-108MH-C/8P recorder and mounting accessories with guides. A hard drive, network cables and a monitor are supplied separately.

Installation requirements

Mount the six turret cameras across the site, run one network cable from each to the NVR's PoE ports, and fit a surveillance-grade hard drive (4TB or larger suggested) before recording. Set up in the HiLookVision app or on a monitor, enable AcuSense and the hybrid-light behaviour, and test each view and the night mode before relying on it.

Is a hard drive included with this 6-camera kit?
No. The NVR-108MH-C/8P is supplied without a hard drive. For six cameras recording continuously, a 4TB surveillance-grade drive is a sensible minimum, with 6TB preferred for longer retention; the recorder takes a single drive up to 8TB. WD Purple and Seagate Skyhawk are good choices.

How does full-colour night imaging night vision work?
By default the IPC-T363H-MU uses infrared at night and records in black and white to stay discreet. When it detects motion it can switch on a white light to capture that event in full colour to about 30 metres, so you get colour detail when it matters without a light running all night.

Is this kit the same cameras as the 4-camera version?
Yes. It uses the same IPC-T363H-MU Pro turret cameras as the 4-camera kit, but with six cameras on an 8-channel recorder. That gives wider coverage now and two spare channels to add more cameras later.

Do the cameras have two-way audio?
They have built-in dual microphones that record sound, but no speaker, so there is no talk-back. For two-way audio and active deterrence, look at the T269 or T289 all-in-one camera kits.

Can I add more cameras to this system?
Yes. This 8-channel recorder runs six cameras, leaving two spare channels. You can add up to two more HiLook or Hikvision IP cameras, each connecting to a spare PoE port over a single cable.

How are the cameras powered and viewed remotely?
Each camera runs on a single PoE cable from the recorder's eight built-in ports. For remote viewing and alerts, set up the free HiLookVision app and Hik-Connect for live view, playback and push notifications.
