Installation Requirements

1. Power Source: Power over Ethernet via Cat6 cable (maximum 100 metres) or 12V DC mains power with SAA-approved adapter for Australian electrical compliance 2. Network Connection: RJ45 Ethernet port connects to NBN-compatible router with DHCP automatic addressing or manual static IP configuration outside router's DHCP range 3. Mounting Location: Install under eaves or covered areas at 2.5-4.5 metre height angled 15-30° downward using UV-resistant Cat6 cabling with waterproof glands

App Setup

1. Download SADP activation tool from Hikvision support website and activate camera with strong administrator password meeting 8-16 character security requirements 2. Install free Hik-Connect app from App Store or Google Play and register account using Australian mobile number with +61 country code 3. Add camera via QR code scan method entering verification code then configure AcuSense detection zones excluding vegetation and shadow areas
