What the DH-IPC-HDW3867EM-S-IL-ANZ is

This Dahua 8-camera kit puts a camera on every channel of the 8-channel DHI-NVR4108HS-8P-AI NVR, using the same 8MP (4K) HDW3867EM-S-IL Smart Dual Light turret as the smaller kits and shipping with a 4TB drive already fitted.

It is the complete-coverage option for a larger home or a commercial site that needs eyes on every approach, doorway and yard in sharp 4K.

Smart Dual Light keeps each camera discreet on infrared when nothing is happening and switches to warm white light for full-colour footage to about 30 metres the instant motion is detected, so you capture colour detail of who is there without lighting the whole site all night.

SMD 4.0 deep-learning AI classifies people and vehicles and filters out animals, rain and foliage, which matters a great deal when you are running eight cameras - it keeps the alert volume manageable.

All eight PoE ports are used, so each camera runs on a single Cat5e/6 cable with no separate power supplies.

A built-in microphone on each camera adds audio context, the IP67 metal housings handle Australian weather, and the system is managed in the DMSS app.

Choose 2.8mm or 4mm lenses and white or black housings in your order note; step up to a 16-channel kit if you need to grow beyond eight.

8 x Dahua turret cameras, 1 x DHI-NVR4108HS-8P-AI/ANZ 8-channel PoE NVR with a pre-fitted 4TB HDD, power lead and quick-start guide; choose 2.8mm or 4mm lens and white or black in your order note.

Cabling and power

Each camera runs on a single Cat5e/6 cable to a PoE port on the NVR (up to about 100m), so no separate camera power supplies are needed.

Network and recording

Connect the NVR to your router for remote viewing on any NBN type; the bundled HDD records straight away with no extra purchase.

App setup

In Australia a network camera is usually fitted by a licensed security installer or a competent IT/cabling technician who runs the Cat5e/6 cable, terminates the RJ45, mounts the unit and adds it to the NVR or app. Run the NVR start-up wizard, set a strong password and Australian time zone, then add it in the DMSS app by scanning the QR code.
