Description

This HiLook 6MP kit pairs two IPC-T269-MU/SL active colour-deterrence cameras with a 4-channel PoE NVR — a proactive two-camera system for the two spots where you most want to stop trouble before it starts. Each camera records in full colour to about 30 metres at night, classifies people and vehicles to cut false alerts, and adds red and blue strobes, a white spotlight and so you can warn an intruder off live. The HiLook NVR-104MH-C-4P powers both cameras over single PoE cables and leaves two spare channels to expand. No hard drive is included.

What the KIT-2XIPC-T269H-MU-SL-NVR-104MH-C-4P-NOHDD is

This HiLook 6MP kit is a two-camera system built around active deterrence — the idea that the best incident is the one that never happens.

It brings together two IPC-T269-MU/SL all-in-one colour-deterrence cameras and the HiLook NVR-104MH-C-4P, a 4-channel recorder with built-in PoE so each camera connects over a single network cable that carries power and data.

Putting deterrence on both cameras suits the two highest-risk approaches of a property, such as a front gate and a rear yard.

Each IPC-T269-MU/SL does far more than record.

On a detected person or vehicle it can flash red and blue lights, switch on a white spotlight and play an audible warning, and its built-in microphone and speaker give you so you can speak to whoever is there from your phone.

By day and night it captures 6MP detail, holding full colour to about 30 metres after dark with white light and infrared on hand, and AcuSense keeps notifications focused on people and cars rather than every passing shadow.

Both cameras are IP67 for outdoor use.

Two honest notes.

The NVR does not include a hard drive — add a surveillance-grade drive sized to your needs; a 4TB drive is a common starting point for two cameras recording continuously.

And the deterrence, and one-tap arming features are driven by the included HiLook NVR and the HiLookVision app, so they work as intended on this kit; moving the cameras to a third-party recorder later may limit some linkages.

The 4-channel NVR keeps two spare channels for adding cameras down the track.

Installation & setup

  1. What's in the box

    Two IPC-T269-MU/SL cameras with mounting accessories and one HiLook NVR-104MH-C-4P recorder with guides. A hard drive, network cables and a monitor are supplied separately.

  2. Installation requirements

    Mount the two cameras over your highest-risk approaches, run one network cable from each to the NVR's PoE ports, and fit a surveillance-grade hard drive before recording. Set up the system in the HiLookVision app or on a monitor, configure the deterrence and AI rules, then test both views and the night colour before relying on it.

Is a hard drive included with this kit?
No. The NVR-104MH-C-4P comes without a hard drive so you can match storage to your needs. Add a surveillance-grade drive such as a WD Purple or Seagate Skyhawk; a 4TB drive is a common starting point for two cameras recording continuously, with larger drives for longer retention.

Yes. Both IPC-T269-MU/SL cameras keep full colour in low light using white light to around 30 metres, with infrared available for a discreet view. Colour night footage makes clothing and vehicle detail far easier to identify.
