The Hikvision DS-2CD2H66G2T-IZS is a 6 MP AcuSense Powered-by-DarkFighter motorized varifocal turret camera for outdoor use.
Its 2.8-12 mm motorized lens sets the field of view remotely after mounting, while AcuSense deep learning classifies people and vehicles to cut false alarms.

Installation Requirements
1. Power & data: a PoE 802.3af (Class 3) NVR or switch over one Ethernet cable, or a 12 V DC supply. 2. Recorder: a Hikvision NVR for full features; an AcuSense-capable NVR on current firmware to log and search human / vehicle events. 3. Storage: optional microSD up to 512 GB on the camera, or record to the NVR / NAS. 4. Mounting: wall, eave or ceiling; set the motorized lens remotely after mounting. IK10-rated, so suitable for higher-risk positions.

Is this a turret or a bullet, and is it a PTZ?
It is a motorized varifocal turret - a compact dome-style body. You set zoom and focus remotely, but it points one fixed direction, so it is not a PTZ. A turret sits close to the surface and resists glare and spiderwebs better than a bullet.

Yes. It runs on PoE 802.3af (Class 3, up to 12.5 W) over one Ethernet cable, or on 12 V DC. It uses standard 802.3af, so it works with most PoE switches and NVRs - unlike some varifocal bullets that need higher-power 802.3at.
