Installation Requirements

1. Power: PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at) or 12V DC. 2. Cable: Cat5e or Cat6, max 100 m. 3. Mounting: Wall, ceiling, or pole. Camera weighs about 1.5 kg. 4. Clearance: Allow space for 360° pan.

Frequently asked about the PTZ-N4215I-DE

Why only 2 MP when other PTZ cameras are 4 MP?
This is a budget entry-level PTZ from HiLook. 2 MP (1080p) is fine for general monitoring and moderate-distance identification. For more detail, step up to a 4 MP Hikvision or Dahua PTZ.

Does it need PoE+?
Yes. The PTZ motor needs more power than standard PoE provides.
Q.03

Does it have smart tracking?
Basic tracking may be supported depending on firmware. It does not have the advanced AcuSense tracking of the Hikvision Pro PTZ range.

Does it have audio?
Audio input for an external mic. No built-in mic or speaker.
