The Hikvision DS-2DE7A412MCG-EB is a 7-inch ColorVu speed dome built to watch large, open spaces - car parks, public squares, yards and commercial perimeters - from a single moving camera.
A motorised 6.7-80.4 mm lens gives 12x optical zoom, so you can pull a distant face or number plate in close without losing resolution, while a full 360° pan and -15° to 90° tilt let you or the analytics steer the view anywhere.
Its standout is round-the-clock colour.
ColorVu with a large F1.2 aperture captures vivid colour footage in near-darkness, and Smart Hybrid Light balances long-range infrared up to 150 m with white light up to 100 m so you get reach and colour together.
Smart tracking automatically pans, tilts and zooms to follow a moving subject through the scene, with smart events (line crossing, intrusion, region entry/exit) and face capture for up to five face through the scene, while an integrated strobe and audio alarm give a live warning the moment a rule is triggered.
A built-in speaker (effective to about 30 m) lets you play a live warning, and an audio line-in lets you add an external microphone if you need to listen in.
A practical note on installation.
This is a premium PTZ: it draws more power than a fixed camera and runs on Hi-PoE or 24 VAC, and it weighs more than a dome, so plan a suitable bracket and a recorder or switch that can supply it.

One DS-2DE7A412MCG-EB 4MP ColorVu speed dome with mounting hardware and documentation. The wall or pendant bracket, Hi-PoE switch or 24 VAC supply, network cable and any NVR are supplied separately.
Installation requirements
Mount it on a suitable PTZ bracket on a wall, pole or pendant that can carry around 4 kg, and supply it from Hi-PoE or a 24 VAC source rated for the camera's draw.
