The Hikvision DS-2CD2T66G2-IZSU/SL is a 6 MP AcuSense bullet with a motorised 2.8 to 12 mm zoom, built for larger sites that need to reach further and frame the view precisely.

Because the lens is powered, you set the zoom and focus remotely from the app or recorder, so a single technician can dial in a driveway, car yard or warehouse boundary without re-adjusting the camera by hand.

At night the camera uses infrared to see up to 60 m, so the night image is clear black and white rather than colour.

On top of that it adds active deterrence: when AcuSense detects a person or vehicle in a zone you have set, the camera can flash a white strobe light and play a recorded or live audible warning to move an intruder on.

AcuSense deep-learning analytics classify human and vehicle targets so the alarms ignore animals, rain and moving branches, and a built-in microphone and speaker let you talk to people on site through the Hik-Connect app.

This is a metal bullet rated IP66 and IK10 for weather and impact, with 120 dB WDR to hold detail against bright backgrounds.

Power and network it over one PoE cable (802.3at) or use 12 VDC, support a microSD card up to 256 GB, and record it to a Hikvision AcuSense NVR so the human and vehicle events stay quick to search.

What's in the box

One DS-2CD2T66G2-IZSU/SL bullet camera with a mounting template, fixings and a quick guide. The PoE switch or NVR, network cable, microSD card and any junction box are supplied separately.

Installation requirements

Mount it on a wall or eave aimed along the area you want to cover and run one network cable back to a PoE switch or NVR that supports 802.3at, or use 12 VDC. Set the zoom, focus, strobe, audio warning and AcuSense rules in the software, and add it to a Hikvision AcuSense NVR for recording and event search.
