What the DS-2CD2067G3-LI2UY-SL is

The Hikvision DS-2CD2067G3-LI2UY/SL is a 6 MP ColorVu 3.0 mini bullet built around active deterrence, not just recording.

A large 1/1.8" sensor and an F1.0 lens deliver sharp 6 MP (3200 x 1800) images, and ColorVu 3.0 with Smart Hybrid Light keeps full-colour pictures at night: it uses a low-level warm white light for everyday colour and can switch to infrared, or flash a bright white strobe when a threat is detected.

Hybrid supplement light reaches up to 40 m.

AcuSense deep learning classifies people and vehicles on the camera and runs perimeter rules that alarm only on those targets, so trees, rain and animals are far less likely to set off an alert.

When someone crosses a line you have set, the camera can respond on its own: the strobe flashes and the speaker plays an audible warning, which moves people on before they act.

Dual microphones and a built-in speaker also give two-way audio, so an operator can speak to a visitor or challenge an intruder live.

The strobe and siren behaviour can be customised.

It is a compact metal bullet rated IP67 with NEMA 4X for moderate anti-corrosion, with 130 dB Wide Dynamic Range, a microSD slot up to 512 GB and H.265+ compression.

Fixed 2.8 mm or 4 mm lens options set the view, and it runs on PoE (802.3at) or 12 VDC, so confirm your switch or recorder supplies 802.3at.

Record it to a Hikvision AcuSense NVR so the events and audio stay easy to review.

What's in the box

One DS-2CD2067G3-LI2UY/SL bullet camera with a mounting template, fixings and a quick guide. The PoE switch or NVR, network cable, microSD card and any junction box are supplied separately.

Installation requirements

Mount it on a wall or eave aimed along the area to cover, and run one network cable back to a PoE (802.3at) switch or NVR, or use 12 VDC. Set the AcuSense rules, strobe and audio responses in the software, and record it to a Hikvision AcuSense NVR. A junction box tidies the cabling on a flat wall.

How does the active deterrence work?
When AcuSense detects a person or vehicle breaking a rule you have set, the camera can flash its white strobe and play an audible warning through the speaker. That moves an intruder on before they act, rather than just recording the event for later. The strobe and siren can be customised.

AcuSense classifies people and vehicles, so its perimeter rules trigger the alarm, strobe and audio only on those targets. Moving branches, rain and animals are far less likely to set off the deterrence than on a basic motion camera.

What lens and view does it have?
It comes with a fixed 2.8 mm or 4 mm lens. The 2.8 mm gives a wide view for a driveway or wall, and the 4 mm gives a longer, narrower view. Pick the lens to match the area you want to cover, as the focus is fixed.

What power and recorder does it need?
It runs on PoE (802.3at) over one network cable, or on 12 VDC. The strobe and speaker draw more than a basic camera, so make sure your switch or NVR supplies 802.3at. Record it to a Hikvision AcuSense NVR to keep the events and audio searchable.
