What the IUI-SOL-TS5 is
The Bosch IUI-SOL-TS5 TouchOne Mini provides a graphical code pad interface for Solution 2000, 3000 panels. Its display is a high definition 5" touchscreen with 1280 px x 720 px (Landscape) resolution.
This model can arm and disarm the panel, bypass and rename zones, maintain users including PINs and keyfobs, control and rename outputs, and change the time and date. Its Home Screen presents critical system status and common actions in one place.
The keypad connects to local WiFi to install apps, use the Intercom App with a Video Door Station or another TouchOne Mini, and access diagnostics. Automatic updating applies when it is connected to a Solution 2000 or Solution 3000 panel. Its MicroSD slot accepts photos for a standby slideshow or a device update.
On Solution 2000 and Solution 3000 panels, the touchscreen address is set through its Settings menu rather than with DIP switches. Additional code pads must be enabled and assigned to an area.
The keypad is an interface for a compatible Solution alarm system and does not replace the control panel. Firmware images are model-specific, so a Mini image must be used for this model, and files must be backed up before an SD-card flash upgrade formats the card.
