It uses the Conettix IP protocol with 128 to 256-bit AES encryption, is NIST FIPS-197 certified, and includes anti-replay and anti-substitution protection along with resistance to denial-of-service attacks. A couple of practical notes. The B426-M is the version recommended for AMAX 2100/3000/4000 and Solution 2000/3000 panels — it and the older B426 use different firmware that is not interchangeable, so fit the right model for your panel. Installation requirements

Mount the module in the panel enclosure and connect it to the panel bus, then run a Cat5 or better network cable from its RJ-45 port to a spare port on your router or switch. For most installs it configures Plug and Play over DHCP; set up the RSC+ app and pair it to the panel. Professional installation is recommended, and the panel may need to be configured to enable IP reporting and app access.
