    • Power: PoE (IEEE 802.3af) or 12V DC.
    • Cable: Cat5e or Cat6, max 100 m.
    • Mounting: Ceiling or wall. Compact 2-inch dome — under 800 g.
    • Clearance: Allow space for pan (330°) and tilt movement.

  3. App Setup

    • Download Hik-Connect or HiLookVision app (iOS or Android).
    • Power via PoE. Wait about 60 seconds.
    • Add by QR code or serial number.
    • Set preset positions. Note: this model does not support patrol routes.

Does it support patrol routes?
No. The PTZ-N2404I-DE3 supports presets but not scheduled patrol scanning. For patrols, step up to the PTZ-N4215I-DE or a Hikvision PTZ.

Does it need PoE+?
No. Standard PoE (802.3af) is enough. The compact motor draws less power than larger PTZ cameras.

Does it have auto-tracking?
No. Manual pan/tilt/zoom only. For auto-tracking, use a Hikvision or Dahua Pro PTZ.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are different: we cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no charge.
