1. Power: PoE (IEEE 802.3af) or 12V DC. 2. Cable: Cat5e or Cat6, max 100 m. 3. Mounting: Ceiling or wall. Compact 2-inch dome — under 800 g. 4. Clearance: Allow space for pan (330°) and tilt movement.

1. Download Hik-Connect or HiLookVision app (iOS or Android). 2. Power via PoE. Wait about 60 seconds. 3. Add by QR code or serial number. 4. Set preset positions. Note: this model does not support patrol routes.

Does it support patrol routes?

No. The PTZ-N2404I-DE3 supports presets but not scheduled patrol scanning. For patrols, step up to the PTZ-N4215I-DE or a Hikvision PTZ.

No. Standard PoE (802.3af) is enough. The compact motor draws less power than larger PTZ cameras.
