What the DS-PK1-E-WB is

The Hikvision DS-PK1-E-WB is a wireless keypad for the AX PRO alarm range, giving you a simple wall-mounted control point without running any cable.

You arm the system in stay or away mode, disarm it and clear alarms by entering a PIN on its full touch keypad, which has an LED backlight so it is easy to use in the dark.

An LED indicates the programmed area, and one-push keys let anyone raise a fire, panic or medical alarm in an emergency.

It communicates with the AX PRO control panel on 433 MHz using 2GFSK modulation, protected by AES-128 encryption with frequency hopping to resist jamming and interference.

Because it is wireless and battery powered, you simply fix it to the wall where you want a control point - typically by the main door - and enrol it; there is no need to run cable back to the panel.

It takes four AA batteries (included) for up to two years of life and can be configured remotely through the app.

One thing to note when choosing: the DS-PK1-E-WB is a PIN-code touch keypad.

It does not have a built-in Mifare tag reader or an LCD screen.

If you want tap-to-disarm with a tag, add a tag reader or choose an LCD keypad model.

What's in the box

One DS-PK1-E-WB wireless keypad with four AA batteries and mounting hardware. A compatible Hikvision AX PRO alarm system is required and not included.

Installation requirements

Fit the AA batteries, mount the keypad on the wall by your chosen door, and enrol it to your AX PRO panel through the app or panel menu. Set the area it controls and the user PINs, then test arming, disarming and the emergency keys. As it is wireless, keep it within reliable range of the panel or add a repeater on a large property.

Does the DS-PK1-E-WB have a tag reader?
No. The DS-PK1-E-WB is a PIN-code touch keypad and does not have a built-in Mifare tag reader or an LCD screen. If you want to arm and disarm by tapping a tag, add a Hikvision tag reader such as the DS-PT1-WB, or choose an LCD keypad model that includes a reader.

It is fully wireless. It talks to the AX PRO hub over 433 MHz and runs on AA batteries, so you mount it on the wall where you want a control point without running any cable back to the panel.
