01Overview
What the DS-PKF1-WB is
The Hikvision DS-PKF1-WB is a wireless keyfob remote for the AX PRO range, giving you fast, one-handed control of your alarm system. Its buttons let you arm the system in away mode when you leave, arm in stay mode to protect the perimeter while you are home, disarm when you return, and raise a panic alarm if you need help, all without walking to a keypad.
It talks to the AX PRO control panel on 433 MHz using 2GFSK modulation, with a range of up to 500 metres in open space, and a single charge of standby battery lasts up to three years in normal use. The body is a hard-wearing plastic panel with a rubber gasket, weighs just 16 grams, and clips easily to a keyring or sits in a pocket. A keyfob lock function helps prevent accidental presses while it is being carried.
Each AX PRO panel supports up to 48 keyfobs, so every member of the household or team can have their own. It is supplied in white or black and is genuine Australian Hikvision stock with local warranty and support.

04Why choose this
Built for the way you actually use the DS-PKF1-WB
One fob per person
With up to 48 keyfobs per panel, everyone in the household or team can have their own, and a lost one can be revoked without affecting the others.
Years between battery changes
Up to three years of standby battery life means you fit it and forget it, with a low-battery warning to the system when the time comes.
Pocket-friendly and lockable
At just 16 grams with a keyfob lock against accidental presses, it sits comfortably on a keyring without nuisance triggers.
05Where it fits
Right at home in these scenarios
Daily arm and disarm
Arm in away mode as you leave and disarm as you return, without stopping at a keypad.
Stay mode at night
Arm the perimeter in stay mode at bedtime so the alarm protects doors and windows while you move around inside.
Personal panic button
Keep a fob by the bed or at a desk to raise a panic alarm quickly if you need help.
Family and staff access
Issue a fob to each person and revoke a lost one individually to keep control of who can disarm the system.
06Setup
Installation & setup
-
01
What's in the box
One DS-PKF1-WB wireless keyfob (white or black) with battery. A compatible Hikvision AX PRO alarm system is required and not included.
-
02
Setup requirements
Enrol the fob through your AX PRO panel or the Hik-Connect app and assign it to a user. Test arming, disarming and the panic function from where you will use it, and add a wireless repeater if the panel is far from where the fob is used. Delete a lost fob from the system in the app or panel menu.
08Questions
Frequently asked about the DS-PKF1-WB
Q.01
What can the DS-PKF1-WB keyfob do?
It arms your AX PRO system in away or stay mode, disarms it, and can raise a panic alarm, all from buttons on the fob. It is the quick way to control the alarm as you come and go, without using a keypad or opening the app.
Q.02
Which alarm systems is it compatible with?
It works with Hikvision AX PRO wireless alarm systems, such as the DS-PWA96-M-WB control panel and the DS-PWA96-Kit. It is not a standalone device and needs an AX PRO hub to operate.
Q.03
How do I add the keyfob to my system?
You enrol it through the control panel or the Hik-Connect app and assign it to a user. Once enrolled, its buttons control arming, disarming and panic. A lost fob can be deleted from the system so it no longer works.
Q.04
What is the wireless range?
It communicates with the hub on 433 MHz at up to 500 metres in open space. Walls, floors and other obstructions reduce that in a real building, so for a large property a wireless repeater can help extend coverage to the panel.
Q.05
How long does the battery last and can I replace it?
The battery gives up to three years of standby life in normal use. When it eventually runs down the fob will report a low-battery status to the system so you can replace the battery or the fob.
Q.06
How many keyfobs can I have on one system?
An AX PRO panel supports up to 48 keyfobs, so you can give one to each family member or staff member and manage them individually from the app or panel.
Q.07
Does it have a panic button?
Yes. The fob can raise a panic alarm for immediate help, and a keyfob lock function helps prevent that or other buttons being pressed by accident while it is in a pocket or bag.
