Installation Requirements

1. Power: PoE++ (Hi-PoE) or 24V AC. High power draw due to the large IR array and PTZ motor. 2. Cable: Cat5e or Cat6, max 100 m for PoE++. Use shielded cable near power lines. 3. Mounting: Pole or wall mount. Heavy camera — about 5–6 kg. Use rated brackets. 4. Height: 6–10 m for best zoom and IR performance.

Does it need Hi-PoE?

Yes. This is a large speed dome drawing significant power. Standard PoE and PoE+ are not enough.
