Dahua DHI-ARM7011-W2 Wireless Relay
The Dahua DHI-ARM7011-W2 is a wireless relay for the Dahua AirShield alarm system. It gives the system a switched, isolated dry contact (0-36 VDC, up to 5 A) that you can trigger from the app, on a schedule, in a scene, or automatically when an alarm event happens — handy for switching a light, a gate or garage trigger, or an extra warning device. It links to the hub over an encrypted two-way radio link and has overheat and overvoltage protection built in. An AirShield hub is required and sold separately.

§ 01Overview
What the DHI-ARM7011-W2 is
The Dahua DHI-ARM7011-W2 lets a Dahua AirShield alarm switch other low-voltage equipment. It provides a single relay with an isolated dry contact rated 0-36 VDC at up to 5 A, and because the contact is electrically isolated from the relay's own power it acts as a clean switch you can wire into another circuit. You control it from the DMSS app by hand, on a schedule, as part of a scene, or automatically when an alarm event occurs.
That makes it the link between the alarm and the things around it: switch a light on when an alarm trips, pulse a gate or garage-door trigger input, enable or disable an auxiliary siren or strobe, or bring a small piece of automation under the same system. It supports momentary and latching operation, runs from a 7-24 V DC supply, and includes overheat and overvoltage protection plus a tamper input. The radio link to the hub is two-way with AES128 encryption and frequency hopping at up to 800 m in open space.
Two important notes. The relay is a low-voltage, isolated signalling contact — it is not a mains switch. To control 240 V mains equipment you must wire it to drive a separately powered contactor or interface relay, and that work should be done by a licensed electrician. And like every AirShield device it needs a hub to function; confirm the relay's RF band matches your AirShield hub when ordering. It is genuine Australian Dahua stock with local 3-year warranty and support.

§ 04Why choose this
Built for the way you actually use the DHI-ARM7011-W2
Flexible control
Trigger it by hand in the app, on a schedule, in a scene, or automatically on an alarm event, with momentary or latching action.
Protected and isolated
The contact is electrically isolated from the module's power, with overheat and overvoltage protection for safe, reliable switching.
Secure two-way link
AES128 encryption and frequency hopping over a two-way radio link confirm each command and resist interference.
§ 05Where it fits
Right at home in these scenarios
Gate or garage trigger
Pulse the dry contact into a gate motor or garage-door trigger input to open from the alarm app or a keyfob action.
Switch a light on alarm
Turn on a low-voltage light or indicator automatically when an alarm trips, adding a visible response.
Auxiliary siren or strobe
Enable an extra warning device as part of an alarm sequence.
Small automation tasks
Bring a low-voltage device under the alarm system for scheduled or scene-based switching.
§ 06Setup
Installation & setup
What's in the box
One DHI-ARM7011-W2 wireless relay module with mounting hardware. A Dahua AirShield hub, the 7-24 V DC supply and any contactor for mains switching are not included.
Installation requirements
Wire the module to a 7-24 V DC supply and connect the dry contact to the low-voltage device or trigger input you want to switch. For any mains-side switching, have a licensed electrician fit a separately powered contactor. Enrol the relay to your AirShield hub in DMSS, set momentary or latching action, and test the switching before relying on it.

§ 09Bundles
Recommended packages
Pair it with an AirShield hub (required)
The relay needs a hub to work — build your system on the DHI-ARC3800H-FW2 Alarm Hub 2, or the smaller DHI-ARC3000H-FW2 hub.
Add detection to trigger it
Use detectors such as a ARD1233-W2 PIR detector or a ARD512-W2 glass-break detector so an alarm event can drive the relay automatically.
Add ways to arm and control
Arm and run scenes with the ARK30T-W2 keypad or the ARA24-W2 keyfob.
