§ 01Overview
What the CP737B is
The Bosch CP737B is the WiFi version of Bosch's colour graphic keypad for the Solution 6000. It has the same 3.5-inch colour display and built-in 40-bit MiFare smart-card reader as the CP736B, and adds built-in WiFi so the system can connect to the MyAlarm interactive services and the iFob Control smartphone app.
The colour pixel display shows all system conditions at a glance, with variable font sizes and colours and four or more lines of plain-text feedback. Red and green indicators show armed and disarmed areas and a blue indicator shows door status when access features are used. The built-in smart-card reader lets users arm and disarm by presenting a card or token instead of a PIN, and dedicated Lock and Egress terminals support a simple access-control door.
The CP737B connects to the panel over an encrypted RS485 LAN and suits the Bosch Vision-X, Vision-XIP, Solution 6000 and Solution 6000-IP panels. It is powered from the LAN (+12VDC, 110mA max), has a programmable sounder and a customisable installer banner for a site or company name, and is fitted by a licensed installer.

The 40-bit MiFare smart-card reader lets users arm and disarm with a card or token, handy for families and staff who would rather not key a PIN.
Clear colour display
The 3.5-inch colour graphic screen shows zones, faults and status in plain text, so the system is easy to read and use.
Tidy, branded look
A decor-friendly white housing and a customisable banner with your site or company name suit homes and businesses.
§ 05Where it fits
Right at home in these scenarios
Homes wanting the app
Built-in WiFi means the household can arm, disarm and get status in the MyAlarm or iFob Control app without adding a separate module.
Card-based access
Staff or family members tap a MiFare card or token to disarm, and the Lock and Egress terminals can release one door.
Main entry keypad
A clear colour graphic display at the front door makes daily arming and disarming simple for everyone.
Upgrade from a basic keypad
Replace an icon or text keypad on a Solution 6000 with a full colour graphic screen and WiFi.
§ 06Setup
Installation & setup
Compatibility
For Bosch Vision-X, Vision-XIP, Solution 6000 and Solution 6000-IP panels. It connects over the panel's encrypted RS485 LAN and occupies a keypad position.
Power
Powered from the LAN at +12VDC, 110mA max (LAN supply +9 to +16VDC); no separate power supply is needed.
WiFi and apps
Once mounted, the installer connects the keypad to your WiFi and sets up the MyAlarm or iFob Control app for phone control.
Professional install
In Australia a Bosch alarm should be installed by a licensed security installer, who wires the device to the panel on the RS485 LAN or wireless receiver, programs it and tests the system.
