Installation Requirements

1. Power Source: Mains power outlet required for the NVR unit; cameras are powered directly via PoE cabling from the NVR. 2. Network Cabling: Cat5e or Cat6 Ethernet cables required to connect each camera to the NVR unit (up to 100 metres). 3. Mounting Surface: Solid wall or eave surface capable of supporting the turret cameras and withstanding Australian weather conditions.

App Setup

1. Download the Hik-Connect app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. 2. Create an account and scan the QR code on the NVR interface to add the system to your network. 3. Configure motion detection zones and notification preferences for each camera channel directly within the app.
