§ 01Overview

What the BOSISC-PB1-100 is

The Bosch ISC-PB1-100, also known as the ND 100 GLT panic button, is a simple wired button that sends an immediate alarm when pressed. It is wired to a zone on a standard intrusion alarm panel and is used to raise the alarm by hand, discreetly, in places that can be at risk of a hold-up, such as banks, jewellers, shops, reception desks and private homes.

It uses DC circuit (GLT) technology for reliable connection to the panel and has a built-in tamper contact, so the system is alerted if the button is opened or interfered with. The cable can be surface run or flush mounted, and an optional cover cap (order number 3902115343) can be added to help prevent accidental or false activation. The housing is a compact 81mm round ABS button weighing 70g, drawing only 0.5mA at 12 to 30VDC.

The ISC-PB1-100 is rated IP40 for indoor use and operates from 0 to 50 degrees C. It is a wired device, not wireless, and is fitted by a licensed installer who wires it to a panel zone and programs that zone as a panic or hold-up input. It is supplied with an adhesive seal and an installation note.
