The Bosch Solution 2000 kit with the 7-inch TouchOne codepad, two Quad PIRs and the B426 IP module is the premium wired option in the Solution 2000 range, built for Australian homes and small businesses that want a touchscreen and app control from day one.

It includes the 8-zone Solution 2000 panel, a 7-inch TouchOne touchscreen codepad (IUI-SOL-TS7), two Blue Line Gen2 Quad PIR detectors (BPQ2-W12, 12m), the B426-M IP module, an 18V plug-pack with a 12V 7Ah battery, an internal 120dB piezo siren and an external siren with strobe. The Quad PIRs use two sensors that must both trigger, which improves false-alarm immunity in busy rooms.

The included Quad PIRs are standard (not pet-immune), so add pet-friendly detectors for homes with animals. The Solution 2000 is wired-only and does not support wireless detectors, while the free Bosch RSC+ app gives arm, disarm and push notifications with no subscription.

Professional install

In Australia these systems are installed by a licensed security installer, who mounts and programs the panel, wires the zones with the supplied 3k3 and 6k8 end-of-line resistors, and sets up user codes. The installer connects the B426-M to your router and scans the on-board QR code to bring the panel online.

Once online, add the panel in the Bosch RSC+ app to arm, disarm and receive push notifications.
