What the Bosch2000-2PIR-1-IP is

The Bosch Solution 2000 kit with two PIRs and the B426 IP module is a complete, app-ready wired alarm for Australian homes, apartments and small retail or office sites. Unlike the base kit, it comes with two motion detectors and the IP module already included, so the system is ready to monitor from your phone after a professional install.

It includes the 8-zone Solution 2000 panel, a blue-backlit Icon keypad, two Blue Line Gen2 PIR detectors (BPR2-W12, 12m), the B426-M IP module, an 18V plug-pack with a 12V 7Ah battery, an internal 120dB piezo siren and an external siren with strobe. The panel runs eight fully programmable wired zones across two areas with 32 user codes.

The two included PIRs are standard (not pet-immune); for homes with pets, add or swap in pet-friendly detectors. The Solution 2000 is wired-only and does not support wireless detectors, and the free Bosch RSC+ app gives arm, disarm and push notifications with no subscription.

Professional install

In Australia these systems are installed by a licensed security installer, who mounts and programs the panel, wires the zones with the supplied 3k3 and 6k8 end-of-line resistors, and sets up user codes. The installer connects the B426-M to your router and scans the on-board QR code to bring the panel online.

App setup

Once online, add the panel in the Bosch RSC+ app to arm, disarm and receive push notifications.

Pets and extra zones

The included PIRs are not pet-immune; add pet-friendly detectors for homes with animals and extra detectors for more zones.
