This is the TP-Link VIGI NK8MP-T6425-2T official kit: six VIGI C445 4MP full-colour turret cameras, an 8-channel PoE+ network video recorder and a pre-installed 2TB surveillance hard drive — a true plug-and-play system out of the box. This is the TP-Link VIGI NK8MP-T6425-2T, an official ready-to-record kit for homes, retail stores, small offices and warehouses that want straightforward, professional-grade surveillance.

It pairs six VIGI C445 4MP full-colour turret cameras with an 8-channel PoE+ NVR and a 2TB hard drive that comes pre-installed, so the system records the moment it is powered on with no extra parts to buy first.

Each C445 captures crisp 2688 × 1520 footage in full colour day and night.

A high-sensitivity sensor rated to 0.005 lux with built-in white LEDs holds colour to about 30 metres after dark, while 850 nm infrared is on hand for a discreet view, also to 30 metres.

AI classification of people and vehicles, plus smart events such as line-crossing and intrusion detection, keep notifications focused on real threats rather than animals, rain or moving foliage.

A built-in microphone and speaker on each camera give you and active deterrence, and the IP67 metal housings handle outdoor weather.

H.265+ compression and 4K HDMI output balance efficient storage with sharp local playback.

Two practical notes.

The 2TB drive is included and pre-installed, which is a solid start for six 4MP cameras; for a month or more of continuous footage you can step up to a 6TB or 8TB surveillance drive.

And the recorder is an 8-channel model running six cameras, so it leaves two spare channels for adding more later.

The cameras work with the VIGI app, Security Manager or web, and also support ONVIF and RTSP for third-party recorders.

What's in the box

Six VIGI C445 4MP turret cameras with mounting accessories, one 8-channel VIGI PoE+ NVR with a pre-installed 2TB hard drive, and guides. Network cables and a monitor are supplied separately.

Installation requirements

Mount the six cameras over the areas you want, run one network cable from each to the NVR's PoE+ ports, and connect a monitor to set up. The 2TB drive is already fitted, so recording starts on power-up; check each view, the night mode and the AI rules before relying on it.

Each camera has a built-in microphone and speaker. Through the VIGI app you can listen and speak in real time, and on a detected person or vehicle the camera can flash its light and sound a warning to deter the intruder while sending you a push notification.

Yes. The recorder is an 8-channel model running six cameras, so it has two spare channels for adding up to two more compatible VIGI cameras without replacing the NVR. The PoE+ ports power each added camera over a single cable.
