This HiLook 6MP 8-channel kit mixes two IPC-T269-MU/SL all-in-one colour-deterrence cameras with four IPC-T262H-MU AcuSense turret cameras on an 8-channel PoE NVR — a six-camera system that puts active deterrence at your key entry points and reliable recording everywhere else. The two T269 cameras add a red and blue strobe, an audio alarm and two-way audio so they can actively warn an intruder off, while the four T262H turrets give clean 6MP coverage with 30 metre infrared at night. AcuSense human and vehicle detection keeps alerts meaningful. The 8-port PoE recorder powers every camera over a single cable and leaves two channels free for later.

What the KITS-IPC-2-T269-4-T262H is

This HiLook 6MP kit is a six-camera system built around a simple idea: put active deterrence where you need it and steady recording everywhere else. Two IPC-T269-MU/SL all-in-one cameras cover the spots where you want to scare an intruder off, not just film them, while four IPC-T262H-MU AcuSense turrets handle general coverage. All six run from a HiLook NVR-108MH-C/8P, an 8-channel recorder with eight built-in PoE ports, so each camera connects over a single network cable that carries both power and data.

The two T269 cameras are the standouts. Each keeps full colour at night using a built-in white light to about 30 metres, and when AcuSense classifies a person or a vehicle it can flash a red and blue strobe, sound an audio alarm and let you talk through the camera with two-way audio. The four T262H turrets take a more traditional approach: sharp 6MP images by day and 30 metre infrared at night in black and white, with a built-in microphone for audio recording and AcuSense to cut false alerts from animals and shadows. All six cameras carry IP67 metal housings and record efficiently with H.265+.

Two honest notes. The recorder does not include a hard drive, so add a surveillance-grade drive sized to six cameras and your retention; a 4TB drive is a sensible minimum, with 6TB for longer keeping. And the four T262H turrets have a microphone but no speaker, so the talk-back and strobe deterrence are features of the two T269 cameras only. The full strobe, audio-alarm and push-alert linkage is set up through a HiLook NVR and the HiLookVision app. This is genuine HiLook stock with a local 3-year warranty and support.

What's in the box

Two IPC-T269-MU/SL cameras, four IPC-T262H-MU turret cameras, one NVR-108MH-C/8P recorder and mounting accessories with guides. A hard drive, network cables and a monitor are supplied separately.

Installation requirements

Mount the six cameras over the areas you want, run one network cable from each to the NVR's PoE ports, and fit a surveillance-grade hard drive before recording. Set the system up in the HiLookVision app or on a monitor, place the T269 deterrence cameras at your priority entries, then test each view and the night modes before relying on it.

Is a hard drive included in this kit?
No. The NVR-108MH-C/8P is supplied without a hard drive so you can match storage to your needs. Add a surveillance-grade drive such as a WD Purple or Seagate Skyhawk; a 4TB drive is a sensible minimum for six cameras recording continuously, and the recorder takes a single drive up to 8TB.

What is the difference between the T269 and T262H cameras in this kit?
The two IPC-T269-MU/SL cameras are all-in-one colour-deterrence models: they stay in full colour at night with a white light, and on a detected person or vehicle they flash a red and blue strobe, sound an audio alarm and support two-way audio. The four IPC-T262H-MU turrets are standard AcuSense cameras with 30 metre infrared night vision in black and white and a built-in microphone for recording, without the strobe or talk-back.

Which cameras have two-way audio and deterrence?
Only the two IPC-T269-MU/SL all-in-one cameras, which have a built-in speaker for two-way audio, the red and blue strobe and the audio alarm. The four IPC-T262H-MU turrets have a microphone for recording sound but no speaker, so they record audio without talk-back or strobe deterrence.

Can I add more cameras later?
Yes. This is an 8-channel recorder running six cameras, so you have two spare channels for more HiLook or Hikvision IP cameras. Each extra camera connects to a spare PoE port with a single network cable.

How are the cameras powered and connected?
Over Power over Ethernet. The NVR-108MH-C/8P has eight built-in PoE ports, so each camera runs on a single network cable that carries both power and data straight to the recorder, with no separate power supplies or injectors for the six included cameras.

Will the deterrence and alerts work on my phone?
Yes. Set up through the free HiLookVision app and Hik-Connect, you get push notifications and can view live and recorded footage remotely. The strobe, audio alarm and smart-event linkage on the T269 cameras are configured through a HiLook NVR and the app for the full active-deterrence behaviour.

Can the cameras record in colour at night across the whole kit?
Only the two T269 cameras stay in full colour at night, using their white light. The four T262H turrets switch to infrared and record in black and white after dark, which is normal for standard AcuSense cameras. If you want full colour on every channel, look at an all-T269 or all-T289 kit instead.
