The Hikvision DS-2CE57U7T-VPITF is an 8 MP (4K) Turbo HD outdoor vandal dome that upgrades an analogue CCTV system to ultra-high definition over the coaxial cable you already have. It pairs a 2.8 mm fixed lens with 30 m Smart IR, 130 dB true WDR and ultra-low-light performance, and switches between TVI, AHD, CVI and CVBS to suit almost any DVR. The metal housing is IP67 and IK10.

The Hikvision DS-2CE57U7T-VPITF is an 8 MP Turbo HD vandal dome that brings 4K detail to an analogue CCTV system without new network cabling.

It sends its picture down the coaxial cable you already have, so you can upgrade older outdoor cameras to ultra-high definition while keeping your existing DVR and wiring.

A 2.8 mm fixed lens gives a wide field of view, and at night EXIR Smart IR lights the scene evenly out to 30 m and dials back the intensity on close objects to avoid wash-out.

130 dB true WDR and 3D DNR keep the image clear against bright backlight and in low light down to 0.003 Lux, so faces and detail stay readable.

Being 4-in-1, it outputs TVI, AHD, CVI or CVBS, so you can switch it to match almost any modern Turbo HD or analogue DVR.

This is an analogue Turbo HD camera, not an IP camera, so it connects to a DVR over coax rather than to an NVR over the network, and it does not use PoE - it runs on a 12 VDC supply run to the camera.

What's in the box

One DS-2CE57U7T-VPITF 8MP Turbo HD outdoor vandal dome with mounting template and fixings. The DVR, coaxial cable and 12 VDC power supply are supplied separately.

Installation requirements

Mount it on an outdoor wall or ceiling aimed at the area to cover. Run coax back to your DVR and switch the camera to the matching signal (TVI, AHD, CVI or CVBS). Provide a 12 VDC supply at the camera, then confirm the night-time IR on the DVR. It is an analogue camera, so it does not use the network or PoE; your DVR must support 8 MP Turbo HD to record full 4K.
