Installation Requirements
1. Power: 12V DC only (no PoE on this model). Max consumption about 7.5 W. 2. Connectivity: Insert a 4G SIM card (nano SIM). Ensure mobile coverage at the site. 3. Mounting: Wall or pole. Camera weighs 680 g. 4. SD card: Supports up to 256 GB microSD plus 8 GB built-in eMMC.
App Setup
1. Download DMSS app (iOS or Android). Create an account. 2. Power the camera with 12V DC adapter. 3. Wait for the 4G module to connect (LED indicator on the camera). 4. Add by QR code or serial number in DMSS. 5. Configure PIR sensitivity, deterrence rules, and recording schedule.

Does it support PoE?
No. This is a 12V DC powered camera. It is designed for sites without network infrastructure. Pair it with a 12V solar panel for fully off-grid deployment.

How much 4G data does it use?
Depends on recording mode. Event-triggered clips use about 5–15 GB per month. Continuous streaming uses much more. Set motion-only recording to save data.

What is the PIR sensor for?
Passive infrared detects body heat instantly, triggering recording before the AI video analytics confirm a target. It reduces missed events and speeds up response.

Does it work with Australian 4G networks?
Yes. The EAU-B variant supports 4G LTE bands used by Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone. Test coverage at the site before installation.
