It records up to 64 IP cameras at resolutions up to 32MP with 400 Mbps of incoming bandwidth, stores footage across eight SATA bays with RAID, and outputs 8K over HDMI. It has no built-in PoE, so cameras connect through your own network switches, and it is supplied without hard drives.
