Hanwha PNM-9022V 8-Megapixel Multi-Sensor Panoramic IP Camera, IP66 IK10 Outdoor
- Wide-area coverage from one mount: a 209° horizontal x 83.3° vertical field of view covers ground that would otherwise need several separate fixed cameras.
- Built to survive the outdoors: IP66 dust/water ingress protection and IK10 impact resistance keep it working through Australian weather and knocks.
- Review any part of the scene after the fact: Digital PTZ zooms into any part of the panoramic frame live or on playback, no motorised head to maintain.
- Keeps recording if the network drops: dual Micro SD/SDHC/SDXC slots hold up to 1TB combined for local backup.

§ 01Overview
What the HAN-PNM-9022V is
The Hanwha PNM-9022V is an 8-Megapixel multi-sensor panoramic IP camera built to cover wide open areas from a single mounting point instead of several fixed cameras.
A 2.8-millimetre fixed lens array delivers a 209° horizontal by 83.3° vertical field of view, with digital PTZ letting operators zoom into any part of the panoramic frame live or during playback.
The housing carries an IP66 dust and water ingress rating plus an IK10 impact rating, and is built from aluminium (RAL9003) to operate across a -40°C to +55°C range, suiting exposed outdoor sites in most Australian climates.
Power is via PoE+(IEEE802.3at, Class4) or 12VDC, and video is compressed with WiseStream II alongside H.265/H.264/MJPEG to keep bandwidth manageable.
Two Micro SD/SDHC/SDXC slots provide up to 1TB combined edge storage for local recording redundancy if the network link drops.
With ONVIF Profile S/G/T conformance and SUNAPI(HTTP API) support, it integrates with third-party VMS and NVR platforms for wide-area monitoring installations.

§ 04Why choose this
Built for the way you actually use the HAN-PNM-9022V
Digital PTZ Review
Zoom into any part of the panoramic frame during live viewing or playback, so operators can check detail without a motorised PTZ head to maintain.
One Network Connection to Manage
The camera connects through a single Metal shielded RJ-45 Ethernet port and supports up to 10 simultaneous streaming profiles and up to 20 unicast viewers from that one connection - worth confirming with your NVR/VMS vendor how a multi-sensor panoramic stream is counted for licensing before budgeting a wide-coverage rollout.
Movement Insight for Retail and Facilities
Built-in heatmap analytics turn raw footage into a visual record of where people spend the most time in the frame, useful for retail teams reading customer dwell patterns or facilities staff spotting congestion points.
Built for Extreme Conditions
IP66 dust/water ingress protection and an IK10 impact rating, rated to operate from -40°C to +55°C, suit exposed outdoor sites across Australia's climate range.
Reliable Local Recording
Two Micro SD/SDHC/SDXC slots hold up to 1TB combined, giving onboard recording redundancy if the network link to the NVR drops.
Installer-Proven Stitching
In-camera real-time stitching combines all sensor feeds live, avoiding the frame sync problems installers report with external stitching software.
§ 05Where it fits
Right at home in these scenarios
Suburban Shopping Strips
Mounted flat on an awning or facade, the 209° horizontal field of view covers the full pedestrian frontage in one wide sweep along a row of shopfronts.
Corner and Pillar Entry Points
At a corner or pillar mount, the 0°~355° pan and 0°~60° tilt range lets installers angle the same field of view around the entry point instead of aiming it straight ahead as on a flat wall.
School Yards and Ovals
A 209° horizontal field of view from one pole position keeps watch over assembly areas and play equipment across a large open school yard.
Open-Air Car Parks
A single camera position covers multiple bays and walkways at once, reducing the number of poles and cable runs needed across a wide car park.
Regional and Alpine Sites
Rated for -40°C to +55°C operation, it suits cold-store access points in the south and exposed hot car parks in northern Australia alike.
Shopping Centres and Retail Floors
Heatmap analytics turn the wide panoramic view into a record of customer dwell time and busy zones, giving centre management and retailers data on how shoppers actually move through the space.
Multi-Site Integrator Deployments
Installers value the in-camera real-time stitching, which avoids the frame-sync problems that come with external stitching software, and the single Ethernet connection simplifies network planning when rolling the same camera out across several sites.
