Hanwha PNM-C32083RVQ 32MP 4x8MP AI Quad-Sensor Multi-Directional

SKU: PNM-C32083RVQ
Description

- Four 4K Sensors, 32MP Combined: quad 8MP channels each pointed a different direction for genuine 360° coverage — one physical position delivers what four independent 4K cameras would.
- Motorized 3.3mm to 5.7mm Per Sensor: 109° wide to 56° tight per channel, so each direction can be framed and focused independently over the network.
- Edge AI On Every Channel: Person, Face, Vehicle and License plate classification runs per sensor, feeding attribute-tagged event streams to any VMS without server-side AI GPU overhead.
- Two Power Tiers, Two IR Ranges: PoE+ (802.3at Class 4) drives 15m WiseIR per channel; PoE++ (802.3bt Class 6) extends to 20m per channel — choose tier per site.

01Overview

What the PNM-C32083RVQ is

The Hanwha PNM-C32083RVQ is a 4-sensor AI multi-directional camera engineered for enterprise-grade 360° coverage in a single install.

Four independent 4K (3840x2160) sensors each carry a motorized 3.3mm to 5.7mm varifocal lens, covering 109° wide down to 56° tight per direction — a combined 32MP delivered across four separately framed views.

On-camera AI classifies Person, Face, Vehicle and License plate per channel, with IVA events (virtual line, virtual area, enter/exit, loitering, intrusion) scoped per class.

Business intelligence (people counting, queue management, heatmap, vehicle counting) runs per channel — no external analytics server.

IR reach scales with the power tier: WiseIR 15m per channel on PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at Class 4), extending to WiseIR 20m per channel on PoE++ (IEEE 802.3bt type3 Class 6).

AI-active frame rate is 15fps per 4K channel; AI-off reaches 20fps.

Outdoor housing rated IP66, IK10 and NEMA 4X.

04Why choose this

Built for the way you actually use the PNM-C32083RVQ

Genuine 4K Per Direction, Not Split

Each of the four sensors delivers full 4K (3840x2160) — not a downscaled crop of a combined stitched image. On incident review, digital zoom into any corner of any direction still resolves usable detail rather than smudge.

Four Independent AI Streams

Every channel runs its own Person / Face / Vehicle / License plate classification, its own IVA events, and its own business intelligence rules. Effectively four AI cameras in one housing, sharing one PoE drop and one IP address.

Edge AI Removes VMS Compute Load

Object classification and event triggering happen on the camera itself, so the VMS server doesn't need extra GPU capacity to process AI on this stream. On multi-camera sites already running heavy analytics, that's real headroom.

PoE Tier Choice for IR Range

Deploy on PoE+ (802.3at) for standard 15m per-channel IR, or step up to PoE++ (802.3bt Class 6) for extended 20m — match the tier to the site's actual coverage needs rather than accepting a single fixed range.

05Where it fits

Right at home in these scenarios

Enterprise Campus Junctions

Central pole-mount at a campus junction gives 4K coverage in each direction plus AI classification for pedestrian vs vehicle traffic flow across four approaches simultaneously.

Large Car Park Overhead

Four independent 4K streams at a high overhead position cover four parking rows or four entry approaches, with per-channel license plate detection running natively.

Building Corner High-Detail Perimeter

Two facades plus the ground-level path plus the corner overview — all at 4K, all AI-classified — from a single install point at a building corner.

Airport Landside Forecourts

Multi-lane vehicle traffic + pedestrian pathways + terminal frontage all covered from a single mount with vehicle-type classification per channel for lane-based rules.

Logistics Hub Choke Points

Loading bay approaches, container yard entries and gate lanes each covered at 4K by their own dedicated channel, with license plate recognition per lane.

08Questions

Frequently asked about the PNM-C32083RVQ

Q.01

How is 4K per sensor different from a stitched multi-sensor image?
A stitched image combines multiple sensor feeds into a single frame — resolution per direction is a downscaled slice of the total. This camera exposes each 4K sensor as an independent channel to the VMS, so each direction is genuine 3840x2160 native output, not a crop.
Q.02

Why does AI-on reduce the frame rate to 15fps?
Processing 3840x2160 pixels through an AI classification pipeline is compute-intensive. At AI-on, the camera delivers 15fps per channel; disabling AI raises it to 20fps. For security review purposes 15fps is generally adequate, but if you need higher motion capture rate, disable AI on that specific channel.
Q.03

Do the four channels appear as four devices on the NVR?
Yes. Each sensor is an independent video channel exposed via ONVIF. Four channel licences are consumed on the VMS or NVR, but the physical device count, IP address count and PoE port count are all one.
Q.04

What's the practical impact of the PoE++ tier upgrade?
IR LEDs draw significant power at 4K per channel. PoE+ (802.3at Class 4) delivers enough for 15m WiseIR per channel; PoE++ (802.3bt Class 6) provides the higher wattage budget for 20m per channel. Choose the tier to match your site's IR reach requirement.
Q.05

Do I need a separate ANPR licence for license plate detection?
No. License plate classification runs natively on the camera itself as part of the built-in AI engine — no separate ANPR licence, no VMS-side plate processing module. Events fire natively to any ONVIF-compatible VMS.
Q.06

Can each sensor be focused differently?
Yes. Each of the four sensors carries its own motorized 3.3mm to 5.7mm varifocal lens — one channel can be at 3.3mm wide for a wide approach view while another sits at 5.7mm tight for a narrow gateway. All configured via the camera's web interface.
Q.07

What VMS integrations does it support?
ONVIF Profile S, G, T and M — drops into any ONVIF-compatible VMS. Native Wisenet WAVE and SSM integration is fullest; SUNAPI (HTTP API) is documented for custom integrations.
