§ 01Overview

What the Smart RF Keyfob, RF110 is

The Bosch RF110 is a 5-button Smart RF keyfob for the Bosch Solution 6000 alarm system. It is the handheld remote for the Solution 6000's Smart RF wireless, giving quick arm and disarm and extra control without using the keypad.

Each of the five buttons supports two functions, a single press and a two-second hold-down, so a single fob can arm and disarm the system, control selected areas or part-arm modes, and trigger outputs such as a gate or garage door. The RF110 works only with the Bosch RF120 Smart RF Base Station receiver, which uses two-way encrypted rolling-code communication and is sold separately.

The RF110 is for the Solution 6000 only. It is not compatible with the Solution 2000 or 3000, and it does not work with the older B810 or STR wireless receivers. For a Solution 2000 or 3000, use the WE800EV2 keyfob system instead.

§ 04Why choose this

Built for the way you actually use the Smart RF Keyfob, RF110

Made for the Solution 6000

The RF110 is the Smart RF keyfob designed for the Solution 6000, so it works correctly with the panel's Smart RF wireless.

Two functions per button

Each of the five buttons has a single-press and a hold-down action, so one fob covers arm, disarm, area control and outputs.

Controls gates and doors

Buttons can be programmed to trigger outputs such as a gate or garage door as well as arming the alarm.

Secure two-way RF

With the RF120 base station the link is two-way and encrypted with rolling-code and anti-substitution technology.

§ 05Where it fits

Right at home in these scenarios

Everyday arming

Arm and disarm the Solution 6000 from the door or driveway without walking to the keypad.

Part-arming and areas

Program buttons to arm part modes or selected areas for night or perimeter protection.

Gate and door control

Trigger a gate or garage door output from the same keyfob you use for the alarm.

§ 06Setup

Installation & setup

01

Requires the RF120

The RF110 needs the Bosch RF120 Smart RF Base Station receiver, which connects to the Solution 6000 by RS485 and is sold separately.

02

Compatibility

For the Solution 6000 only. It is not for the Solution 2000 or 3000 and does not work with B810 or STR receivers.

03

Professional setup

In Australia all Bosch alarm systems must be installed by a licensed security installer, who mounts and programs the panel, wires the keypad, sirens and zones with the supplied 3k3 and 6k8 end-of-line resistors and sets up user codes and cards. The installer enrols the keyfob to a user and programs each button's press and hold-down functions.

04

For 2000/3000

On a Solution 2000 or 3000, use the WE800EV2KIT keyfob system instead.
