1. Power: PoE (IEEE 802.3af) or 12V DC. 2. Cable: Cat5e or Cat6, max 100 m. 3. Mounting: Wall or ceiling. Compact turret weighs about 500 g. 4. Height: 2.5–3 m for best detection accuracy.

1. Download VIGI app (iOS or Android). Create an account. 2. Power the camera via PoE. Wait about 60 seconds. 3. Add the camera by scanning the QR code or entering the serial number. 4. Set detection zones, active defence rules, and push notification preferences.

Is VIGI compatible with Hikvision or Dahua NVRs?
VIGI cameras support ONVIF, so they work with most third-party NVRs. However, smart features like active defence work best with TP-Link VIGI NVRs.

Does it have a microSD slot?
Yes. Supports microSD for local recording. Check the VIGI app for playback.

How does 5 MP compare to 8 MP?
For most residential and small commercial installs, 5 MP (2880 × 1620) provides plenty of detail. You only need 8 MP if you plan to crop heavily or cover very wide areas.

Can I use it indoors?
Yes. The warm LED may be bright at close range indoors. You can switch to IR-only mode if the spotlight is too much.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are different: we cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no charge.
