This HiLook 6MP four-camera kit pairs four IPC-T269H-MU/SL all-in-one AcuSense turret cameras with a four-channel PoE NVR for a complete, plug-and-play CCTV system. Each camera adds active colour deterrence — red and blue strobe, a white spotlight and a built-in speaker — plus two-way audio and human and vehicle detection. A hard drive is supplied separately.

§ 01Overview

What the IPC-T269H-MU/SL is

This HiLook kit is a complete four-camera 6MP system built around active deterrence. It includes four IPC-T269H-MU/SL all-in-one turret cameras and a four-channel HiLook PoE NVR, so the cameras connect to the recorder over a single network cable each — no separate switch or plug-packs to wire.

The cameras are the standout. Each is a 6MP AcuSense turret with a 2.8mm lens, dual supplement light (30 m of IR and 30 m of white light) and 120 dB WDR for tricky backlit scenes. When AcuSense confirms a person or vehicle in a detection zone, the red and blue strobe fires, the audible alarm sounds and the white light floods the scene in colour — all automatically — to warn an intruder off in real time. Two-way audio with a built-in microphone and speaker lets you listen in or talk through the camera from the app, and an IP67 rating suits outdoor mounting.

The four-channel HiLook NVR records all four cameras with 4K HDMI and VGA output and remote viewing through Hik-Connect. One point to plan for: the NVR has a single drive bay and is supplied without a hard drive, so add a surveillance-grade drive before you expect it to record.

Four HiLook IPC-T269H-MU/SL 6MP turret cameras and one HiLook four-channel PoE NVR with power supply and mouse. A hard drive is not included — add a surveillance drive .

Installation requirements

Mount each IP67 camera under an eave or on a wall covering the area to protect, run Cat5e or Cat6 back to the NVR's PoE ports (within about 100 m), fit a surveillance-grade drive in the single bay, connect the NVR to a monitor by HDMI and to your router, then add it to Hik-Connect and set up the detection zones and deterrence rules.

Does this kit include a hard drive?
No. The four-channel NVR in this kit has one drive bay and is supplied without a hard drive, so add a surveillance-grade drive before you expect it to record. If you prefer it ready to record, the same kit is also available with a 2TB drive already fitted.

How does the colour deterrence work?
When AcuSense confirms a person or vehicle in a detection zone, the camera automatically fires its red and blue strobe, sounds its audible alarm and switches on the white spotlight to light the scene in colour. It is designed to warn an intruder off in real time rather than just record them.
Q.04

Can the cameras talk to someone outside?
Yes. Each camera has two-way audio with a built-in microphone and speaker, so you can listen in or speak through the camera from the HiLookVision or Hik-Connect app, as well as play pre-set audio warnings on an event.

How far do the cameras see at night?
Each camera has 30 m of infrared and 30 m of white light. In standard night mode it records in black and white using infrared; when the spotlight or deterrence light comes on, the image switches to full colour within range.
Q.06

Are the cameras suitable for outdoors?
Yes. The IPC-T269H-MU/SL turrets are rated IP67, so they are built for outdoor mounting under eaves, on walls and around entries, driveways and yards.

Can I add more cameras later?
This kit uses a four-channel NVR, so it is full with four cameras. If you need more, choose a kit with a larger recorder such as an eight-camera version, or pair the cameras with a separate eight or sixteen-channel HiLook NVR.

Can I view it on my phone?
Yes. Connect the NVR to your router and add it to Hik-Connect to watch live and play back recordings from a phone or tablet, and to receive deterrence and detection alerts.
