What the DS-2CD2186G2H-ISU (Black) is

Hikvision DS-2CD2186G2H-ISU (Black). This dome records 3840 × 2160 video from a 1/1.8-inch progressive scan CMOS sensor. Hikvision rates colour sensitivity at 0.0008 lux at F1.0 with AGC on, and 130 dB WDR handles doorways and glazed lobbies where bright and dark areas share the frame. When light runs out, infrared reaches up to 30 m.

The -U build adds a built-in microphone for audio alongside video, and the -S build provides one alarm input and one alarm output. Human and vehicle classification based on deep learning filters perimeter events such as line crossing and intrusion. A microSD slot accepts cards up to 512 GB.

The housing is aluminium alloy, rated IP67 and IK10, with an operating range of -30 °C to 60 °C. Power is 12 VDC or PoE (IEEE 802.3af, Class 3, max. 9.5 W). Hikvision's ANZ order list carries this black finish with the 2.8 mm lens under the code DS-2CD2186G2H-ISU(2.8mm)(eF)/O-STD/BLACK.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are different: we cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no charge.
