Dahua DH-IPC-PTS2649C-3E3Z-4GB20 combines a fixed view with a movable pan-and-tilt view. Each channel provides 3MP imaging, allowing one view to retain scene context while the other follows activity.

The camera offers 6× hybrid zoom, SMD 3.0 and Auto Tracking Lite. Built-in microphones and a speaker support two-way audio, with light and sound warnings available for configured events.

A 4G connection, 65Wh battery and 8W solar panel support an installation away from a wired link. Confirm SIM compatibility, mobile signal, panel exposure and storage requirements before mounting the unit.
