What the TR-SE24-A-IN is

The Uniview TR-SE24-A-IN is for the warehouse, atrium or carpark where the ceiling is far above the area that has to be watched. Dropping the camera on a pole brings it down to a height where its lens is doing useful work rather than looking at the tops of shelves.

It is aluminium alloy in white, 520mm long and weighing 0.35kg, with an NPS 3/4" thread, and it is listed for indoor or outdoor fixed dome pendant installation, suiting turret, fisheye, mini PTZ, UFO, fixed dome, mini dome and dome cameras. It is a pole and nothing else: it does not include the camera or the ceiling pendant bracket it screws into, and it is not a wall or pole-side mount. The warranty is 12 Months.

All cameras, NVRs and DVRs come with a 3-year back-to-base manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Hard drives and accessories are covered as set out in our Warranty Policy.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are different: we cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no charge.
