What the DS-KV6114-MWBE1 is

Choose wired Ethernet or 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 6 to connect the door station to your network.

Power it from IEEE 802.3at PoE or a 12 VDC, 1.2 A supply; wireless networking still needs a power connection.

Plan the indoor-station, lock and power arrangements for your installation, and confirm the exact device compatibility before ordering.

Recording and playback are supported through Hik-Connect or a PC web interface, with TF storage supported up to 128 GB.

Frequently asked about the DS-KV6114-MWBE1

Q.01

Which PoE supply does this door station require?

Use IEEE 802.3at PoE, as specified by Hikvision for DS-KV6114-MWBE1. The alternative input is 12 VDC, 1.2 A. Check the power equipment against these ratings when planning the installation.
Q.02

No. Wi-Fi provides the network connection, while the door station still needs its specified power supply. Its wireless connection operates at 2.4GHz and supports Wi-Fi 6; a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port is also available.
Q.03

What cards and lock connections are supported?

The reader uses 13.56 MHz M1 cards, with capacity for 6,000 cards and 2,000 users. Two lock-control relays are provided, rated up to 30 VDC and 2 A. Check each lock's electrical requirements when designing the complete access system.
Q.04

How much space does the surface-mounted unit need?

The original Hikvision drawing shows a body 164 mm high, 69 mm wide and 24.7 mm deep. Use those dimensions to check the mounting position, and allow for the cable route and any chosen mounting accessory.
