What the DHI-ART-ARC3000H-03-FW2 is

Dahua DHI-ART-ARC3000H-03-FW2 combines a wireless alarm hub, keyfob, door detector and PIR detector. It gives a small installation the basic devices for arming the system and monitoring an entrance and indoor movement.

The hub supports Ethernet, Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity. Dual SIM slots allow one card to be active at a time; plan a compatible mobile service and site coverage if cellular backup is required.

Up to 150 wireless peripherals can be enrolled within the system limits. Mount the PIR at the specified height and test its coverage, then check door-contact alignment and radio communication before handing over the installation.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are different: we cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no charge.
