Dahua DHI-ASI3213A-W is an indoor access terminal with a 4.3-inch touchscreen and dual-lens face camera. It supports face, card and password entry, including combined verification methods for a configured door.

The terminal stores up to 3,000 faces and 5,000 cards. Wired Ethernet and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi provide network options, while RS-485 and Wiegand allow a compatible peripheral reader to be connected.

Position the device for its documented face-recognition distance of 0.3–1.5m and provide 12V 1.5A power. Visitor QR-code use depends on the DSS Pro platform; check the planned platform and access workflow before installation.

All cameras, NVRs and DVRs come with a 3-year back-to-base manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Hard drives and accessories are covered as set out in our Warranty Policy.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are different: we cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no charge.
