The Bosch CDL2-15G is the 15 m TriTech detector in Bosch's Commercial Series Gen2, a wired PIR-plus-microwave unit designed for reliable catch performance and false alarm immunity in commercial applications. It combines passive infrared and a 10.525 GHz microwave Doppler radar with First Step Processing, and the coverage pattern is 15 m x 15 m from a mounting height of 2.3 m to 2.75 m with no adjustments required.
The detector addresses false alarm sources in several layers. Microwave Noise Adaptive Processing adjusts to background disturbances, reducing false alarms from repetitive sources without sacrificing intruder detection. Active White Light Suppression measures light hitting the face of the detector and uses sensor data fusion to eliminate false alarms from bright light. Small animal immunity reduces false alarms from small animals up to 4.5 kg that move on the floor within the coverage area, and Cloak and Camouflage Detection Technology (C2DT), switchable between HI and LO, maximises catch performance against intruders trying to cover their infrared signal.
It is also designed to make installation faster. End-of-line resistors are integrated and DIP-switch selectable, 1.0 k or 2.2 k for the alarm loop and 1.0 k, 2.2 k or 33 k for tamper, the enclosure is self-locking with an integrated bubble level, and the terminal strip is a removable lift-gate type; together these features make installation up to 45% faster. A Bosch Sensortec MEMS 3-axis accelerometer provides intelligent tamper and impact detection and identifies when the detector has been installed upside down.
The detector provides an alarm relay and a trouble relay, both solid-state, supervised, normally-closed contacts rated for less than 35 mA, 25 V and 2.5W, plus a supervised normally-closed tamper. It runs from 9 VDC to 15 VDC at 15 mA standby, offers Alarm LED On and Off settings, and allows the walk-test LED to be enabled or disabled remotely from a keypad, control centre or programming software.
This is a wired detector with an IP30/IK04 housing rating, not a weatherproof outdoor detector. Its animal-immunity specification is limited to reducing false alarms from small animals up to 4.5 kg, and larger animals fall outside that range. All cameras, NVRs and DVRs come with a 3-year back-to-base manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Hard drives and accessories are covered as set out in our Warranty Policy.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are different: we cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no charge. Do you offer installation?
We can connect you with licensed installers in Sydney and Melbourne. Installation typically starts from around $200 per camera depending on cable runs and site conditions. Email sales@smarket.com.au with your address and camera count for a quote.

Match the alarm interface
The Bosch CDL2-15G must be paired with system equipment that provides 9 VDC to 15 VDC and accepts its supervised, normally-closed alarm, trouble and tamper contacts. Select equipment only when its supply, contact and EOL requirements match.
Choose a ceiling position
The detector can pair with the B338 universal ceiling-mount bracket when it needs to be installed overhead.
Add an adjustable wall bracket
It can pair with the listed B328 gimbal bracket or B335-3 swivel bracket when direct flat-wall mounting does not provide the required orientation.
