Frequently asked about the IPC-T561H-MU

Q.01

Is Hi-Color the same as ColorVu?
Hi-Color is HiLook's version of full-colour night vision. Similar concept to Hikvision's ColorVu but at a lower price tier.
Q.02

Is there a white version?
Yes. The IPC-T561H-MU (without BLK suffix) is the white version with identical specs.
Q.03

Does it have a speaker?
No. Mic only. For two-way talk, look at models with the /SL suffix.
Q.04

What IR range does it have?
It uses warm LED instead of IR. If the warm LED is off, there is limited night vision. Some variants may have both IR and warm LED.
Q.05

Does it work with third-party NVRs?
Yes, via ONVIF. Smart features work best with Hikvision/HiLook NVRs.
