Installation Requirements

1. Power: PoE (IEEE 802.3af) or 12V DC. 2. Cable: Cat5e or Cat6, max 100 m. 3. Mounting: Wall or soffit. Lightweight turret under 600 g. 4. Height: 2.5–3 m for best detection.

App Setup

1. Download Hik-Connect or HiLookVision app (iOS or Android). Create an account. 2. Power the camera via PoE. Wait about 60 seconds. 3. Add by QR code or serial number. 4. Set detection zones and push notifications.

Frequently asked about the IPC-T561H-MU

Q.01

How does this compare to the IPC-T363H-MU?
Both are 6 MP with colour night vision and AcuSense. The T561H uses Hi-Color branding with possibly updated firmware. Check availability — feature differences are minimal.
Q.02

Does it have a speaker for two-way talk?
No. Mic only for recording. For two-way audio, look at HiLook models with /SL suffix.
Q.03

Will it work with my Hikvision NVR?
Yes. Fully compatible with Hikvision and HiLook NVRs and most ONVIF recorders.
Q.04

Does it stay in colour all night?
Yes. The warm LED provides colour around the clock. In very dark areas far from the camera, the edges of the frame may lose colour.

Is there a black version?
Yes. The IPC-T561H-MU_BLK is the same camera in black housing.
