The Hikvision DS-2CD2T86G2-ISU/SL is an 8MP 4K AcuSense bullet camera built for sites that want both high-detail recording and active deterrence.

It records 8MP (3840 x 2160), so you can capture identification-grade detail across a wide area, and AcuSense deep learning classifies people and vehicles so the alarm and alerts respond to real intruders rather than animals, rain or moving foliage.

The LiveGuard feature adds a strobe light and an audible warning that can be linked to intrusion or line-crossing events, and built-in two-way audio through a microphone and a 1W speaker lets you challenge an intruder live from your phone.

DarkFighter low-light processing and 120dB true WDR keep the image clear at dusk and against strong backlight, and Smart Supplement Light adjusts the 60-metre infrared to avoid over-exposing closer subjects.

This is an infrared night-vision model rather than a ColorVu camera, so in full darkness it records in black and white; the white strobe is event-triggered deterrence, not continuous colour lighting.

The housing is IP66-rated against dust and water, and the camera runs over PoE (802.3af) or 12V DC.

It takes a microSD card up to 256GB for on-board recording and works with Hikvision AcuSense NVRs and the Hik-Connect app.
