Installation Requirements
- Power: PoE (IEEE 802.3af) or 12V DC.
- Cable: Cat5e or Cat6, max 100 m.
- Mounting: Ceiling, wall, or desk. For ceiling mount, position at the centre of the area you want to cover. Camera weighs about 1.1 kg.
- Height: 3–4 m for best people-counting accuracy. The fisheye lens captures everything below.

- Download Hik-Connect app (iOS or Android). Create an account.
- Power the camera via PoE. Wait about 90 seconds.
- Scan the QR code or add by serial number.

Can I zoom into a specific area?
Yes, using digital PTZ through dewarped views. The 12 MP resolution keeps useful detail even when cropping to a quarter of the image.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are different: we cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no charge.
